Who We Are
The Principal of State and Local Advisors is Paul D. Ellington. Paul has a long political and legislative career with far reaching contacts throughout all levels of government in Maryland. During his 32 year political career he was viewed as a trusted supporter and savvy advisor by a long list of elected officials in Maryland - both past and present - from "both sides of the aisle". This list includes Governors (and their staffs), Cabinet Secretaries, State Legislators, Regulators, County Executives, County Council members (and Commissioners), and a variety of local Municipal Officials.
Services
State and Local Advisors provides basic representation, establishing client priorities to government officials at the State and County and Municipal Level. Legislative and regulation review, analysis and relationship building. Proactive full service advocacy and Business Development including funding, contracting and acquisitions.

Successfully navigating the world of Government and its multiple levels is a daunting task. At State and Local Advisors we believe that every client's needs are unique and deserve our full attention.
